1. Sign a blank piece of white paper.
2. Use your scanner and scan the sheet at 300dpi.
3. Using your scanner software, crop the image. Select only the signature and omit the remainder of the paper.
4. Save the scanned signature image in the .gif file format.
We recommend that you save the file to your Documents folder so you will be able to find the file when needed.
5. This completes the process of creating a digital signature.
Use this file when it is requested in the VersaCheck Pay submission process by selecting "Upload a scanned image of your signature".
