If control over your bank account has been stolen by someone unknown or unauthorized by you, please login and return here to immediately freeze validation processing of the associated account. To do so, you must prove conrol of the account by reporting the two micro deposit amounts (or the check number of the 1-cent validation check) that are used to validate the account.
IMPORTANT: Freezing VersaCheckPay validation processing for an account does not stop an unauthorized individual from continuing to use your bank account. It only ensures that VersaCheckPay compliant software can no longer be used to create and/or deliver checks drawn on the frozen account. Please contact your financial institution immediately to block unauthorized use of (or to close) the bank account.
